Leather Lamination.
High quality seat covers are made of genuine leather. They look good and feel wonderful. Unfortunately this natural product tends to crease in everyday use. Leather stretches in heavily-used seat pads and creases start to form.
Our material HACOflex® - a combination of foam and nonwoven - provides effective prevention of this unwanted behaviour. It is laminated to the reverse of the natural material. The leather is protected during this process in which bonding occurs at approx. 90 degrees Celsius. It is available in different thicknesses - no additional padding material is needed. HACOflex® combines maximum point elasticity with highest flexibility. Even in stressed areas of the furniture, creases are permanently minimized.
