减少使用 重复使用 回收再利用
多年来，环境保护和可持续性一直是我们关注的重点。 Ziegler 已经过欧洲 ISO 14001 环保认证，以及 ISO 50001 能源管理认证。
减少使用：
- 减少能源消耗和水消耗以及材料使用，这一直是我们企业政策的一个组成部分。
重复使用：
- 我们将边角废料送回生产循环。 还可以使用来自生产废料的 PET 撕裂纤维。
回收再利用：
- 由于采用了封闭式 PET 循环，因此将收集和再利用 PET 瓶。 其经过挤压处理之后，将被粉碎成所谓的 PET 片。 而又通过这种方式得到一种粒料，其将被用作生产聚乙烯人造纤维的原材料。 这种纤维是制造无纺布的原材料。
可持续产品
- 汽车声学
我们声学产品可回收材料比例高达 80%。 此外，其品种纯度也很高。 可以将多个产品功能结合在一个部件中——采取减轻重量的材料使用。 使用聚乳酸纤维也是具有可行性的。
- 汽车座椅
我们座椅产品如今的可回收材料比例高达 65%。 个别产品是单一原料。 我们的目标是进一步提高新产品中可回收材料的含量，以及开发更多产品，适合表层材料为单一原料的产品。
- 复合材料
Ziegler 面向复合材料制造的吸净型无纺布均由 100% 可回收材料制成。
- 阻隔材料
所有阻隔材料均经过 OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100 的 1 类认证，并且是单一原料。 根据具体产品，可回收材料含量高达 80%。
- 家具
材料均经过 OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100 的 1 类认证，并且大部分是单一原料。 其可回收纤维的含量可以高达 80%。
"blauer umweltengel" (blue angel) for hacobond®
Our HACObond® products have been certified according to the German ecolabel "Blauer Umweltengel ("blue angel"). They are low in odour and emissions, thus perfectly suitable for indoor insulation.
Biodegradable polyester nonwoven: "Naturebound"
What seemed to be impossible has now become reality: biodegradable polyester!
Chemical sugar is added to virgin or recycled polyester fibres. In this way the fibres can be metabolised by microbes.
We process these innovative fibres into polyester nonwovens for the applications furniture, bedding and insulation. The material is also suitable for textile products like for ex. jackets, backpacks and many more.
Biological cycle: on a landfill the material biodegrades by 94 % in less than 2 years into a humus -like soil - on which plants can be grown. Should the material be brought into oceans or rivers it biodegrades by 86 % within 4,2 years. NO MICROPLASTIC remains.
Technological cycle: all biodegradable products are mono-materials and can be recycled 100 %. Thus they are fit for a circular economy.
