Ziegler receives Hungarian Award
"Investor of the Year"

Tatabánya / Hungary, 8 May 2012

In the presence of the Deputy Prime Minister of Hungary, Mr Tibor Navracsics, J.H Ziegler received the award of "Investor of the Year 2011". The award was presented by the President of the County Council Assembly of Komárom-Esztergom, Mr György Popovics, for the extension of the Bábolna site, which was the largest investment in this Hungarian county in 2011. The laudatory speech focused on the positive development of the Hungarian company in the past few years and its willingness to invest, particularly with respect to the crisis situation in 2009.

In his brief acceptance speech, Dr. Peter Hartwig, Managing Director of J.H. Ziegler GmbH and the Hungarian subsidiary, expressed his gratitude for the honour and, above all, his thanks to the Hungarian workforce who worked so hard in the last years to make the company so successful, thus laying the foundation for the renewed investment.

The additional investment has enabled J.H. Ziegler to extend its range of products from articles for the furniture industry to include products for the automotive industry and other technical markets. All of which are now manufactured at Bábolna with the accustomed German quality.
